Welcome to Ali Voip Telecommunications. Please read these terms carefully before placing orders, activating dialers, or utilizing our SIP trunk infrastructure. These terms outline your legal rights and operational obligations.

Last Updated: September 2026 Applies to all registered accounts & service orders
1

Agreement to Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to services provided by Ali Voip Telecommunications W.L.L. (“Ali Voip”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), whether through our client portal, APIs, checkout system, or billing invoices, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, corporation, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these provisions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately refrain from ordering or utilizing our services.

2

Provision of Services & Account Responsibility

Ali Voip provides digital telecommunications infrastructure, including but not limited to hosted softswitch instances (e.g. VOS3000), white-label brand dialers, SIP termination trunks, DID numbers, and managed technical support.

  • Accurate Details: You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration information during signup and throughout the life of your account.
  • Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials, SIP passwords, trunk IP whitelists, and dialer login keys.
  • Account Liability: You accept full financial and legal responsibility for all traffic, minute consumption, calls, and actions conducted under your account credentials.
3

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited Traffic

Our infrastructure must be used strictly for lawful commercial and private communications. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful telecommunications traffic.

Strict Prohibition: Any account found originating robocall scams, caller ID spoofing without proper authorization, voice phishing (vishing), denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or ITU/telecom regulatory violations will face immediate suspension without prior notice or refund.

Specifically Prohibited Practices include:

  • Transmission of deceptive or spoofed Caller ID information with intent to defraud or mislead recipients.
  • Unsolicited mass voice spam, auto-dialing without compliant consent under applicable jurisdictions (e.g. TCPA, GDPR).
  • Attempting unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or disruption of Ali Voip softswitches.
  • Reselling services without proper authorization or in violation of carrier interconnect agreements.
4

Billing, Invoices & Payment Policies

All orders placed through the client portal generate an electronic invoice immediately visible in the My Invoices area.

  • Pre-Activation Invoicing: Services are provisioned once payment confirmation has been verified by the billing department or automated payment gateway.
  • Payment Currency: Charges are denominated in PKR or the currency specified on your invoice at the time of checkout.
  • Renewals: Recurring monthly subscriptions generate renewal notices prior to the due date. Failure to remit payment before the expiration date may result in automated suspension.
  • Taxes: All advertised prices are exclusive of statutory taxes unless explicitly noted.
5

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the digital, real-time provisioning nature of telecommunications infrastructure, dedicated IP allocation, and carrier trunk commitments:

Setup & Usage Fees: One-time installation fees, consumed voice minutes, customized dialer builds, and allocated dedicated server IP leases are non-refundable once deployed.

You may submit a cancellation request for upcoming billing periods at any time prior to the generation of the renewal invoice by opening a support ticket in the client portal.

6

Service Availability & Support SLA

Ali Voip employs redundant Tier-3 enterprise datacenter facilities with multi-homed BGP connectivity to provide reliable service delivery. We target 99.9% network availability for our core softswitch infrastructure.

Scheduled Maintenance: Periodic system updates, kernel patches, and carrier upgrades are conducted during off-peak maintenance windows. Planned downtime will be notified via our support portal whenever reasonably feasible.

7

Account Suspension & Termination

Ali Voip reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, close user accounts, or restrict network access under the following circumstances:

  • Invoices overdue past the designated grace period.
  • Credible reports of AUP breaches, fraud, or illegal telecommunication activities.
  • Receipt of court orders, carrier fraud notices, or regulatory mandates.
8

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ali Voip Telecommunications W.L.L. shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, loss of data, or operational interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Our total cumulative liability for any verified claims under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer to Ali Voip in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.
